Annualized cash flow distributions, paid quarterly. Investments accepted for both qualified and non-qualified accounts.

Designed to provide accredited investors with access to liquidity after an initial six-month investment period.
Collateralized Investments
Collateralized by the net income of ExchangeRight, and distributions are senior to ExchangeRight’s common equity.
No Upfront Costs or Management Fees
Structured with no upfront costs to investors and no ongoing fees paid to ExchangeRight for the management of the Fund.
